Like you, we at mychances.net also track cross-admits, and output the results in two ways:
First, with the College Matchup Tool, which lets you see how schools do when competing for students admitted by both.
Second, with the College Choice Matrix, which lets perform a similar comparison on multiple schools at once. Here, preference is based on 'revealed preference' instead of direct matchups.

Maybe the biggest difference between my data and yours, or any others, is that I published all of them like RAND's random numbers, and let other people draw conclusions. It is never my purpose to draw traffic to my site or make money out of the data. It is purely for those who can understand, as I take great pleasure of providing them.
Like the Dow Jones index, the only meaningful measure for college rankings is the Yield-to-Admit Ratio when the cross-admit data are not available. Everything is reflected in the index.

Regarding the focus on raw data vs. trying to draw conclusions for people: I think both have their place, and I suspect that you and I simply have different audiences. Yours wants data, and mine wants the meaning extracted from the data. Anticipating that some would be curious to dig deeper, I have written posts about how we perform our rankings, and I've linked to other resources to encourage people to understand exactly how we perform our calculations. I'd be happy to write more, if more would be desirable.
At the end of the day, the value proposition for MyChances.net is that, in exchange for telling us about themselves, people expect that we will try to interpret their data and derive meaning, to the extent possible. If we didn't do interpretive things such as constructing this ranking, I'm not sure why people would submit their data (and I wouldn't have much fun).
Regarding yield/admit ratio, Avery and colleagues perform a thought experiment that is, to me, quite convincing; in it, they demonstrate that things such as yield rates, admit rates, and therefore yield/admit ratios can be gamed to an arbitrary degree. Luckily, we both have cross-admit data, which is superior to the Y/A ratio. In keeping with what your audience likely wants, you published yours raw; in keeping with what my audience likely wants, I tried to extract the meaning from it.
The data could be very biased if not obtained properly, especially from the self-reporting ones. I carefully set it up during certain times and places when I collected them. Everything was documented on the CC so others can judge from their knowledge. Wrong information and nonscientific “games” would only damage the authors’ reputation when the people actually know.
It is very true that yields and admit rates could be gamed to an arbitrary degree, but the master stroke of what I did was the ratio – a scale that colleges would have hard time to game, just as the Dow Jones Industrial Index.
